Probably in a couple weeks we will be officially Choice Mortgage!
Richard seems to really have a lot going in Help U Sell right now, two people wanted to make offers on houses today and he was out with someone else. So all Jimmy's good work seems to be blessing us.
Mom had a cataract operation and can't write right now. I have had a terrible cold for two weeks, won't go away.
Carole's husband Len is going to come down here and stay and try and make a living down here. Richard thinks he can work well with him. He has been trained to do the sort of thing that John D does but Len has not made money in Glendive because it is so depressed up there so he is going to try it down here or maybe get into Help U Sell. Still not certain just who all is coming also.
We took the big plunge and leased a new copier for the office, it surely helps us in putting our loan packages together. We also get to get a memory typewriter cheaper so that will help us, too. So much work to keep it all together.
I told Jimmy we were proud of him and keep up the good work and don't let ole Satan get you down. He surely has had me depressed for a long time but I think we are digging our way up now.
